Cheapest all-inclusive vacation destination?

I don't care WHERE we go, as long as I see the beach! It doesn't matter if it's Mexico, Bahama's, Jamaica, Aruba...

WHICH of these destinations would be the cheapest to look into??

This is a pretty good site for the all-inclusive places around the world: http://www.resortcompete.com/. I liked both Aruba and St Maarten a lot when I visited, but I wasn't at an all-inclusive place in either.
