Go to www.aerosur.com which is the largest Bolivian Airlines which  is currently operating.  The flag carrier airline, LAB, Lloyd Aereo Boliviano is not operating any flights at this time.  If you are traveling from the USA, I would consider American Airlines or TACA which both have daily service to La Paz and Santa Cruz, which are the largest cities of Bolivia.  I would caution you about traveling here now as the political-social situation is not the best.  Please investigate the latest developments before coming to BOlivia.  I have lived here for two years.  Good luck.
