Cheapest call rate from the philippines to japan?

hi! my husband left for a business meeting in japan...anybody here who know how can i call him in the cheapest possible rate if i will be calling him from the philippines? i will appreciate it so much if somebody could help me...

Yeah, try using PLDT Budget Card if you are in the area where there is PLDT connections. Im guessing it would cost you 8 pesos per minute. But for me, paying 8 pesos per minute is not really a good deal, hehel. I used to call my husband in canada using this card and it only cost me 3 pesos per minute - that is the good deal!

But if you really want a cheap call, try to use the internet to call your husband. If you have better internet connection, you can download SKYPE in your computer. Ask him to download the SKYPE too. In this way, you can talk to your husband as long as you want. This is the most cheapest way that i know when calling people in the other country - all you need is an internet connection.
