Cheapest flights from Pensacola?

Question

Right now, I've been looking for ways to get to either Smithfield or Raleigh NC. Taking a plane straight from Pensacola to Raleigh is like $330 and thats a bit out of range. From Pensacola to Charlotte though I found a ticket for only $158. My plan is to take a plane to some city then just take a train to Raleigh or one of its outer skirts. Does anyone know the cheapest possible flights from Pensacola, I'm not really worried about the exact places they are I just want an idea. Also if anyone know a way for to get from Charlotte to somewhere close to Raleigh (with the exception of Greyhound) for a reasonable price, your help would be highly appreciated. The trains I saw are all at set times, so I don't know if that would work but if there would be any other way, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
