  1. My kyudo is 130 US dollars a year and 50 cents for each time I practice.

I really think this is the cheapest M.A.

  2. Most basic Karate classes are fairly inexpensive and are usually offered by your local YMCA or Community college.

  3. It all depends on the gym/dojo you train in. Its not like EVERY instructor from EVERY style get together and discuss pricing.

  4. a lot of kung fu styles dont charge for tuition or if they do they will charge only the bare minimum to keep the school going.. not kidding i done kung fu for a long time and didnt pay a penny... not being cheap it just wasnt required

  5. It all depends. I would say TKD.

  6. judos normally only like 20 or do check your YMCA and rec centers

  7. Look in the yellow pages and call you local "Boxing Gym" usually there are a few "kickboxing" practitioners around these gyms that train there routinely.  Develope a good rapour with any "kick boxer" at a local boxing gym and save thousands of dollars on your training.  Not only that, but you also get to check into two aspects of the martial arts that way as well ( boxing and kickboxing ) and you can take the best techniques that both have to offer for the price of a "simple donation" to the boxing gym half the time.  Besides Mixed Martial Arts practitioners eventually have to study their "boxing" anyway so why not just start out in that capacity.  The poorest kids in my area all go to "Shamrock Gym" which is a boxing gym in order to get serious about contact sports.  It never hurts to see what serious practitioners are up to as well to get a feel for the life style.  These folks are usually some pretty decent guys and gals and welcome new comers with open arms.

  8. In the UK its usually karate,Judo or Boxing :)***
