  1. CallCentric provides VoIP calls to India landlines for 7.1 ¢ per min.

    They provide a free downloadable softphone to use on your PC.  Or use it with a user configurable (unlocked) ATA like the Linksys SPA-2102-NA.  That is how I use it.

    Efonica is a softphone based service that I have used with good results too.  Their rate to India is 8.9 ¢ per min.
