Cheapest picture frames?

Question

I have recently thought about buying some posters, and I wanted to know, what is around the cheapest frame you can buy for it? I just want to keep my posters safe and away from any possible ripping or whatnot.

If someone could please tell me what/where to find a cheap frame that works, I'd appreciate it very, very much.

I don't know area you live in, but if you live close to Goodwill store, you can buy your frame very cheap.
