Cheapest place on the Internet to purchase Bonsai?

I know that Home Depot sells bonsai's in bonsai pots for $8.99 and $15.99 but haven't found the Internet equivalent...

  1. I've seen the plants at a local department store and they've really been through the mill. They're obviously stressed because they're neglected. I can't blame the people in the stores because they're stocking shelves with diapers one minute, toys the next and they water the plants when there's a minute. Those plants aren't a big money-maker for the stores. Many people selling over the internet are bonsai artists and growers who are not in a position to suffer losses by ditching plants like major shops who just write off the losses.     If you're looking for healthy, well-cultivated plants for reasonable prices consider buying from a bonsai club member who has plants they've started and want to sell.
