Cheapest place to say in Athens and Mykonos?

I am staying in Mykonos and Athens near the middle to end to July and Im looking for the least expensive place to stay. I heard domatias (like rooms to let) are cheap but theres no way to know in advance is there?

Any places in either location would be helpful thanks :)

I know a hotel in Athens, ELITE HOTEL. It is very descent (no suspicious people), in a very good location, with very helpful staff and spacious, clean rooms with a fridge, a TV, AC and free internet in the lobby and in the rooms till the 2d floor.They offer also breakfast with the rooms.

But: the rooms have not any kind of "style" and are the furniture are old (but the hotel is clean).

Price: about 35E for a singlebed room with breakfast.

You can visit everything on foot...
