Cheapest type of USPS shipping?

I need to ship a dvd, i already have it packed in a bubble mailer. What is the cheapest way i can ship this?

Media MAil is not always the cheapest way to send a DVD. Because of the light weight, First Class Mail can be less than Media Mail. Media Mail rates are based in pounds, so you must pay for a minimum of 1 pound when using Media MAil.

First Class Mail is based on ounces. Up to 6 or 7 onces, First Class is less than Media MAil.
