Cheapest way to call using payphones?

Hello,

I'm travelling to USA and I want to place calls to various international destinations. I've signed up with www.tpad.com and they give me US local numbers to call using their service. But inorder to call their local numbers I've to use payphones. Is there anyway I can use payphones without depositing coings. I mean is there any prepaid cards available which give us toll free numbers to use from payphones nationwide to call US domesitic numbers?!

well, there is only really only one way to do it!!!! get a calling card!!
