Cheapest way to get to Weston-super-mare from London?

I am going to T4 on the beach which is in Weston-super-mare on the 20th July, and so far the cheapest way of getting there is by coach for £28. I am only 15 so can't drive, is there any other way of getting there? I need to get there by 10.30 on the day!

Are you allowed to go on your own?  I'd be worried if my 15 year old was travelling all that way on their own without any friends.  Can't your parents drive you, or a family friend if you don't get on with them.  I'm sure they'd rather drive you than worry about you hitchhiking your way there on your own and never coming back.

If you were a little older I would suggest posting on Gumtree.com for a car share there but at your age I would not recommend going with strangers in a car - you're still too vulnerable.

Coach is probably your best bet but make sure you book early.  The t4 things brings people from all over the place and they will all need to find a way to get there.  Expect a lot of people, so make sure you have your travel arrangements sorted before hand.

You could try the train but to be honest it is probably going to cost a fortune.

National Express Coach from London to Bristol - £16.  Then when you get to Bristol transfer onto the X1 Service.
