Cheapest way to go from buffalo airport to Niagara Falls?

Hi, Im planning to go to Niagara Falls next week, but the shuttle or taxi to the hotel cost the same as the 2 day package that I reserved. What is the cheapest way to go from the airport to one of the hotels near Niagara Falls? I am traveling with 3 kids and 3 luggage.

You can get a shuttle bus from Toronto Pearson to Niagara Falls with Niagara Airbus. They stop at all the major hotels on Niagara Falls Blvd. For yourself and 3 kids it would cost about $255 including the return trip from the hotel to the airport. You can also take a taxi, but it will cost about $145 one way, so it would be cheaper to take the airbus. It takes just over 1 hour to get from the airport to Niagara Falls.
