Cheapest way to make call from U.S. to argentina?

my friends in argentina for six months and we talk on the phone a lot. it's gonna get real expensive, what should i use? phone card? get and international plan on my phone? help!!!

phone card maybe....or add international calling to your phone company bill...call your local phone service to see what is a monthly price for international calls for 6th months, the you can get it removed within the 6 months.  I wouldn't suggest a phone call because minutes are used up fast...but you can still purchase one especially for international calls.  Hopes this help and make sure to talks to your friends soon <3

Some people will tell you : 'use Skype'. But actually Skype worth nothing for me.

The solution I have is simply great : It will costs you about 15 USD for 4 months of unlimited communication in Argentina (landlines only) AND in U.S. (landlines + mobile phones). These prices are unbeatable, trust me.

By the way, I have a couple of question I need to ask you to target at which software is the right one for you :

1. Do you mind calling from your PC with an headset -microphone ?

2. What other countries are you calling besides Argentina and the U.S. ?
