  1. You haven't said at what time of the year you would be travelling or whether it would be a one way trip.

    However, if you are planning to go between November & the middle of February '09, it really is no contest.   Book now to fly with Easyjet, from Gatwick to Paphos.   During most of November, a part of December, all of January and up to the 12th February, you can do the trip for £45.99p inclusive of all taxes, charges, and 1 hold case.   This is for a one-way flight.

    In a car, you'd hardly get across from Dover to Calais for that!

    To do the trip in both directions, in the same time period, the total cost would be £82.98p, on most dates.

    I have flown this route with Easyjet recently and was very impressed with the price, the aircraft and the service.

  2. I guess the cheapest way to Paphos would be by air......driving costs about the same as a flight really, especially with the cost of fuel at the moment. I guess rail would be pretty expenive to...though there is no railway system in Cyprus

    You could check on a route, and find the average cost of driving there on;
