Try DHL. I've had vinyl records shipped to me from Mexico city on a Friday and they were in LA, CA on Saturday morning.

You can check the DHL website to calculate how much you'll be charged.

an international bus company.  where are you located?  try Los Mismos if you are near el campo, gto.  you could also try Los Americanos.  i would say this method is not totally totally on the up and up....but as long as you know you are shipping goods that are not dangerous...you can feel ok about it.  if it's just your personal items, this is the best way that i have found.
