Cheapest way to transfer money from UK to Germany?!?!?

Hi,

I need to transfer roughly 110 Euros to my German Bank account. Usually I use paypal, however since I had a hack attack my account is temporary limited, so I am looking for a different way.

My UK account is with the Halifax and they would charge me a crazy £19.50....

Does anyone know a different way???

Look into making a SEPA payment.  A SEPA Payments Payment to another SEPA country (EU /EEA* and Switzerland) may take up to 4 working days to reach the Beneficiary’s Account from (and including) the day you issue your payment instruction to the Bank.  These payments wont arrive as immediately as those which Halifax charge £19.50 but will be cheaper to send.  Hope this is helpful to you.  Sorry I cannot provide anything more specific as I work for and bank with Barclays and not Halifax.
