Cheat to satisfy a VIP on roller coaster tycoon 3

I was just wondering if there was a cheat to satisfy a VIP as I am stuck on one of the scenarios.

If there isn't then do you know how to satisfy a VIP who wants to see a "Themed Area" I just can't seem to get it right.
