Cheating at the Casino?

Do we all have an equal chance at winning at the card table? I see how fast the dealers hands move and i can't tell if they are cheating. The dealers put the cards in a car shuffling machine and it shuffles the cards for them. however 8 out of 10 times they always win. Their cheating and I want to catch them in the act.

How does the house have an advantage? It pays off at less than the correct odds. In roulette for example, the odds are 37/1 against a single number, but if you get the winning number you are paid off at only 35/1 and thus lose 2 chips on that spin. That mounts up after a while and if you play long enough it will send you broke. Other games are harder to figure, but the basic idea is the same. Whenever you get a winner, you are paid off at a little less than the correct odds.

If you are talking about the game of Blackjack, don't play against card shuffling machines. The casinos are not cheating you categorically, they have the advantage, they don't have to cheat to win.

Casino games have this thing called velocity hold, the more you play, the more you lose, which is why they want dealers to deal as fast as possible.  if you start with 100, the law of hold states after 1 hand you will have 97, after 2 hands you'll have 95.25, etc, until all your money is gone, or you leave the table.  the odds are how they make their money.  best games to play to eliminate house odds are Baccarat, and Poker. Poker has no house edge as you play the other players, so the house takes a rake from each pot, between 2-10% depending on how tight they are.

That's called odds. You know they'll take all your money if you stay there long enough. Just get the comp enough to enjoy yourself. Maybe steal their towel too? LOL.

No they aren't.  They don't have to.  The games are set up so that the house has an advantage.  You know the rules, and choose to play, they don't need to cheat to increase the edge any more.

If you are losing 8 of every 10 times, you don't know what you are doing.
