Cheating in the navy?

my friend thinks her boyfriend is going to cheat on her while he is in boot camp or "a" school because she wont see him for a while. Granted they need to work on their relationship but aren't you not allowed to do physical stuff with people when in the navy? like if you get caught you'll be in trouble?

If she can't trust him and if she's going to be so d**n uptight, then that relationships is gonna fall apart regardless to whether he cheats on her or not.

He'll have plenty of opportunities to cheat on her. Probably not in boot camp though because it's gonna be all male. And besides if he's planning on cheating on her, he'll do it at home, he doesn't need the Navy to cheat on her.

yes that is true if your caught having sexual relations with any one in the acadamy or boot camp but it does depend if he is going to an academy then he is allowed to leave on the weekend but he cant go to the academy with a wife or child and if hes going to boot camp they have two sections one for girls and one for guyys and unless hes g*y i wouldnt worry about it

If she can't trust him then most likely he feels like he can't trust her. Sounds like they should both just move on to another relationship and if they are "available" after A school when he will have time and they are both still interested maybe they can date again - if not - life goes on.

He can get into trouble for having s*x during boot camp but once he's in A school he'll have liberty and he'll be allowed to leave base and as long as he's not in a public place or in the female housing area, he can do what he wants. Cheating on your spouse can get you into trouble if you get caught but you have to be married, the military doesn't recognize girlfriends as spouses... if she thinks he'll cheat then they really don't need to be together

Don't ask, don't tell, but in basic training there is not likely to be any opportunity to cheat.  They keep you busy and don't let you off the post while you are in basic.

Perhaps he will go out with the guys when he has leave and pick up girls in local bars. This is likely to be a casual thing.

Many military personell visit brothels (especially in other countries) and it is an important male bonding ritual.

Sure people are not allowed to do things with other military personell, but many of the women stationed in Iraq come back pregnant (because people keep having s*x, no matter what the rules, dangers or laws).
