 None of the cheats really work so you just need to. Make lots of sceneries 

2.Add lots of friends 

3.Comment lots of people 

4.Dress up people and save it in Album 

5.Make a club if you have reached 200 starpoints 

6.Write in your Starblog 

7.Change your look often, dont change completely but if you want.Add more stuff 

8.Go shopping 

9.Decorate your suite;add more things,move things around 

10.Message lots of your friends

To get starpoints on Stardoll you have to save dolls in your album,make sceneries,add friends,join clubs.change your me-doll,buy clothes etc etc.So there are no real cheats on stardoll but you may see something called spam wich says something like
"OMG THIS REALLY WORKS,COPY THIS INTO 15 CLUBS THEN PRESS CTRL AND 5 LOG OUT LOG IN AND VIOLA YOU HAVE 500000000000000 STARPOINTS AND 1000000000 STARDOLLARS"

that does not work so do not even try because it can get you deleted.So do all the things i said and you will have loads of starpoints :)
