Check encash by other people?

i had two blank checks with signature missing. later when i check with the bank, it was withdrawn by two different persons. can i sue those two persons? when we trace the persons, they told us that they were asked a favor by a lady to withdraw it since she does not have an id. can i sue those two person who encash it?

Point out to the bank that the check did not have your signature on them; they were forged.  The bank should put the money back in your account.  They will probably bounce the check back to where ever it was deposited.  What happens next is between the banks and the police.

I'm not sure what you mean.  Were you checks stolen and someone cashed them?  You report it to the bank and report it to the police.  Your bank should have advised you about what to do.  If they did not, call or go back and ask them what to do.
