  1. Actually, what professional fighters and good amateurs won't let you see is that they lift weights to increase their muscle power. The old myth that boxers do not lift weights is a bunch of bull. the bottom line is without a good weight lifting plan, your far from being a contender. I've been to many of gyms and have watched world champs lift weights. Running you want to do different styles of running, some days you want to just run, if your boxing 10 Minutes let's say, you want to run 5 minutes over that, boxers are not marathon runners, SPRINTS are important for fighters, your fighting at a fast pace, thump thump thump you need to get that heart rate up.

  2. Bro the hardest part of boxing is endurance and even though those workout will be ok , you might want to start running about 2 miles a day so you dont tire after one round.....you probably want to throw about 8 to 10 rounds (2 to 3 minutes) of Jabs so you get used to throwing punches as well... but sounds like you are heading in the right direction and stay away from the weights because they will weigh your arms down quite a bit in the later rounds if you are not use to that.... but good luck and watch out for those badass little mexican fighters

  3. you shouldn't be doing the same exercise everyday b/c you will overwork certain muscles and not work out other ones enough. your body needs constant change when it comes to working out. go to crossfit.com for more ideas. incorporate some weights into your schedule such as kettle-bell swings, thrusters, cleans, and bench-press. on the other hand  DO NOT lift every day. A workout that works your body in a way it already works is called functional workouts. 5 days a week is great b/c it pushes you to work hard but it is important that your body also gets rest so it can heal.
