The rules the Champ faces a random challenger if the challenger pins the champ is going to face a new challenger so on till all 12 are in the play the last man standing with the belt is the new cruiserweight champ.

Stadium Survivor series. there is no DQ and pins fall anywhere.

that match/ ppv would be ok.... i suppose. would be better with more than one title was on the line, different wrestlers and bigger names.
