Well im from west virginia and this seemed to target more nascar fans than it did anyone else, majority of the nascar fans are based in the south far below wva .  

I say this targeted those folks in Alabama , Mississippi, more than it did those from wva.

Yeah.. thats really not that funny. I wish people wouldnt get on here and pick on us West Virginians. I agree with Douglass.. I don't really think this is a WV thing.. this seems more like southern states. Contrary to popular belief.. WV isn't really much of a southern state... and most of us don't even have accents... and even if we do, it doesn't make us hicks or inbred... it just makes us who we are.. Almost every state has its own unique accent.
