I would like to take a look at this car to possibly buy it. But it seems like its not available yet?? Does anybody know when it will be available??

What's the price on it? I mean, it's a Volvo and they're already expensive. You should check out this thing: http://www.aptera.com/

This one is actually already in production and will be available in all 50 states within time.

Currently, the regular Volvo C30 is out. It receives just around  28Highway/19City. This really isn't to good considering the 300Lb. more Volvo S40 only gets 1 MPG Less.

The one you are talking about can get around 53MPG on Diesel Gasoline. Bad News, It is not anticipated to join Volvo's US Model Line-Up- for the time being. Unless all 50 States allow Diesel Cars, these plans are most likely not going to change.
