Question

Today (saturday), we had a very strong wind in whol Germany, with wind gusts far more than 35 knots.

So, a lot of go-arounds of course, and here you can see a Lufthansa-Plane landing at Hamburg, but unfortunately colliding the wing with the runway, followed by a go-around. I'm sure the wing is pretty damaged now:(.

It looks like he was attempting a landing with winds being out of limits. Very lucky to have saved it.

Not sure the wing is all that damaged but the right wingtip fence and the landing gear which took on all the force might have to be changed.
