  5. You can look at it as not a scam, but...

    The water-powered engine is exactly what it is in the demonstration.  But there is one part that they did not tell you.

    In order to turn the water into the HHO gas you need to burn, you have to apply electricity (and an electrolyte) to it, to liberate the gas from the water.

    The amount of electricity you put into the water is more than the energy you get back from the gas.

    So, the fact that they did not inform you that you needed to supply power to the "engine" to make it work (more power goes in than comes out); that's the scam.
