hai guys. im here for a simple question and just hope that u guys can help. its easy. thanks. whats the average number of diamond pushups that most men can do? diamond pushups, not the regular pushups. diamond pushups. full range of motion. how many reps of diamond pushups most men can do in a row? n how many diamond pushups can u do in a row? all the way down all the way up. n how many reps of diamond pushups should a guy be able to do in a row in order to be above average? opinions please?

uh diamond pushups are notin special... they are pushups that mostly work ur triceps muscles.... a more effective lift would be close grip bench press.... which i can do 155 X 10.....
