hey guys! i hope u can help me here. i need your opinions. i need to start working out and i need to know if this program is ok for me. for now, i want to concentrate on upperbody, chest, shoulders and triceps. this is the workout. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups. with 60 seconds or probably less break between sets. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups. is it an ok program or its for advanced athletes? dont say things like " u need to do different style of pushups" because i just want to focus on this one first. hope u can help. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups with 60 seconds or probably less break between sets. is it ok for everyone or its for advanced athletes?

    PROGRAM3: SHOULDER STOMACH

    PROGRAM4; BACK & ARMS

    ITS PROVEN BETER MY FRIEND...

    ITS NOT A REASON THAT YOU WILL DO FIRST UPPER OR LOWER..

    U SHOULD BALANCE IT...

    AND BEFORE THIS PROGRAMS..U PLAY FIRST MIX...

    THEN BEFORE EACH PROGRAMS MAKE A 5 TO 10 MIN JOGGING...

    AND INSERT AN EXTRA EXERCISE FOR YOUR BUTT EAC PROGRAMS...

    ALSO HALF AND FULL HANG....
