that there are varying specs. from one racket copy to the next? of course it's true.

that this person has the inclination to do this incessant, detailed measuring? it seems so.

that the measurement results are accurate? probably more accurate than if you or i attempted such a project.

Oh yes. I've always said that when you buy a racquet retail, even if it's the "same racquet as the pros", it's really not. They  have so much stuff done to it that it's a completely different racquet than you buy from the store.

I think it's true, because my mom' friend is married to Jim Pugh(a former #1 in doubles) and he told me that people check your bag and racket like crazy. So, it's very likely that it's the info from their actual racket.
