Checkered garter snake?

i have a 2 month old checkered garter snake and its on helf a pinkie mouse what age would it be able to take a full pinkie mouse

  1. You really should be feeding a relative newborn garter snake earthworms rather than pinkies. Earthworms are much more nutritionally complete than pinkies are and offer much more protein to the snake, something a young, growing snake needs. You can still offer the whole pinkie occasionally, but the earthworms should make up the largest part of your snake's diet for now. Good luck, my friend.


  2. All snakes are different. Are you using mouse pinkies which you can get at about ------ < that big or rat pinkies which are much bigger?

  3. for snakes u look at the fattest part of there body and the fattest part of the foods body and if theyr the same ur good is how i do and i never have had reguration heres a good care sheet
