Checking other people's e-mails

Question

I have the username and password to my husband's e-mail. I notice that when I log in the first new e-mail in his in box changes from bold text to regular text. Is there a way that I can check his e-mail and not have this happen? I would like for all of them to stay bold so it does not arouse any suspicion.
