Checklist of items I need for moving out on my own for the first time?

I am moving into my first apartment on friday and I feel like there is so much I need to get, can anyone please help me make a list of things that I need.

just the basics and then get more as you need it.  the costs add up quickly and we often buy more than we really need.  you need basic furniture (which can be had inexpensively at thrift stores) and appliances primarily:

table, chairs (can double as workstation)

couch and/or living room chair

bed, bedside table or bookcase, lamp

refrigerator, toaster, microwave

dishes, utensils, a few basic pots and pans

cleaning supplies and equipment

Cleaning supplies, toiletries, bathmat, hand soap, sheets & blankets, pots & pans, utensils, cups, bowls, plates, trash can & bags, dish liquid, extention cords, curtains & rods w/ hooks, entertainment (cards, magazines, puzzles) paper towls, clock, lamps and light bulbs, picture frames, plastic containers.
