i need to start a website,its for a business,for helping animals

but i do not have any credit cards, i have no way to get any,is there any sites where they bill u,were u dont need a credit card,u can just send them money,please help

What you should do is get pay pal.Or you can go to wall mart and get a visa credit card.

I'm not sure if this helps at all, but freewebs.com is a great free site that doesnt require a credit card to set up. I'm using it for my wedding website. Again, Idunno if it helps.

if you sign up with Pay Pal they will send you a free debit card to use with your account.  Then you will have a card to use for things like this.  They don't check your credit, so you'll be approved if you are over 18.  Maybe you could get a friend to let you use their card to set up the site as another option?
