Question:

Cheer/gymnastics...am i just not physically able to do these things?

I watch sooo many videos on how to do front rolls, cartwheels, cheer jumps and things like that but i just cant do them. i try & i try & i try. im a chunky girl, is that the problem? do i need to lose weight to be able to do them? i mean, im starting to get fustrated cause i try & try again but i never seem to get them. am i not strong enough? or am i just not made to do these things? help!!

  1. yes weight is a very disadvantage for  any gymnastics gymnastics are usually very light to be able to do all those hard gymnastics moves btw can i ask what ur weight ur height and age is then we should find out the problem

  2. What are you trying to do ?buy a trampoline it really helps that way you can practice on that & not get hurt if you try to do a front roll or cartwheel.

  3. just keep trying u will get it my daughter stated gymnstics and got really good at them things it dosent matter about ur weight

  4. Some people don't have the natural flexibility.
