Cheer leading crisis?

i have 3 days till my high school's cheer leading tryouts and I'm not flexible at all can i still make the team?? or what can i do for the next couple of days to be ready fr tryouts???

  1. hey.

    ok 1st cheerleading is 1 work. but u need to strech ur legs muscle mainly so u can have decent jumps (its possible in 2 days if ur dedicated) if u really want to make the squad u should have started streching and practing ur jumps along time ago tho. but its nothing u cant fix. if u go and show lots of confidents u'll be fine. make sure u keep ur motions sharp during the cheers and stay clean during the dances, spirit cute and have good facials. if u do all of dat it will go just fine. dnt look like ur thinking bout all of that tho. and dont look nervous and u'll do jst fine. after u make the squad keep streching everyday until 2 a days or camp tho. hope i helped and good luck!!


  2. You could still make the team if you are not flexible. They should not count off for that.

    All you have to do is stretch a lil bit every day and before you know it you will be more flexible than you were before.

  3. That does not matter. As long as you are sharp, clean, and committed to your moves you will do good. make your jumps the best you can. You can always strech like three times a day to gain a little flexability, but you really can't gain it fast. Make sure you are streached out really really well before tryouts so it will help. Get into your moves, but don't sacrifice the sharpness. Make sure your wrists are straight, and that your thumbs are across your fingers and not sticking up. Remember to be really smily and peppy and loud. Always have a natural, not forced, smile. If you mess up, do NOT let it get to you. Just keep going and act like you are right and everyone else is wrong. My friend messes up all the time in tryouts, but she is soo peppy and just keeps going like she is doing it right, and she makes the squad.

    Stretch stretch stretch my friend, it is the only way.

    Do you have any friends that are dancers? Ask them to help you.

    Most know ways to get flexible fast.

  5. okay first look up ALL you can about cheerleading!!!

    you don't have to be flexible but it helps with jumps.

    just do your best and you will make it as long as you look up EVERYTHING you can!
