  1. hey. the only way u can get it is by gettin in tumbling classes. if u allready have it but want it 2 look better,  practice on a trampoline. practice makes perfect!!! also be pactient u cant learn all of that over night. give it 2-3 month of classes. hope i helped. bye

  2. back walkover: lots of bridges and lots of pushups and cruches are the key to a walkover. try getting the front walkover first. it has the same mechanics. and try to get a kickover and a back limber first

splits: sit in your splits for an hour a day. sounds like a lot but they will eventually come.

backhandspring: first of all there is no such thing as a perfect backhandspring. and second, it will take a long time to get even a decent one. get your back walkover first.

  3. stretch! stretch! stretch! for the back handspring jump up and down 100 times a day it will build the muscle in your legs so there is more power to go over.

  4. to get your back walkover, you should first start with bridge kick overs, then back bend kick overs and then finally a back walkover. by the time you perfect bridge kick overs and back bend kick overs you will be very ready to perform back walkovers. but some tips when learning a back walkover would be to lock your arms straight and as soon as your hands hit the ground kick over! as for all splits just stretch in each split position every day for about 5 minutes on each leg. after you get your back walkover then you will be ready to get your back handspring. i would recommend taking a class to learn handsprings though, because they could be dangerous. some tips for back handsprings would be to jump hard, lock your arms and keep your whole body tight. if you have access to a trampoline then practice back handsprings on it. good luck!

  5. Ok so for the back walkover start with bridges and lots and lots of crunches. To get a backwalkover you need to have lots of stomach strength. Then find an elevated platform (a sterdy chair should work) then do a bridge with your feet on the chair and your hands on the ground. Then try to kick over. by elevating your feet you are making it eaisier to kick over. Keep doing that untill you can do it perfectly then try to do it without the chair. This will be very difficult at first but you should get the hang of it eventually. Thats how you get a backbend kickover then you just have to get used to falling into the bridge and you have it all. As for the splits that just takes lots and lots of practice, try to get them lower and lower each day and you will eventually have them. As for the backhandspring i would not recommend doing that without the proper instruction of a certified gymnastics coach. I have known pletly of people who have broken wrists and arms trying to do a backhandspring without proper training.   Just remember none of this will come that quinckly, it all will take time and alot of practice. I hope that helped  : )

  6. gymnastics will help and if you have a trampoline and a spotter. stretch a lot and just push yourself more and more each day or two.

  7. What you need to do is get down in a bridge often and really stretch your shoulders out.  For your backhandspring you need to take some private lessons at a gymnastics center.  My mom owns a gymnastics center and cheerleaders come all the time to learn how to do their backhandsprings.  It usually takes a month or so if you very motivated.  For your splits just get in them every day and push a little farther each time.  Remember to have a good handstand, that usually helps your backhandspring.
