Cheer - toe touch, herkie,pike?

I am trying out 4 cheer and i went to tryouts but everyone there was good at doing toe touches herkies and pikes. i really wanna improve them so i can be good and make the team . HELP!!! i can do them there just not good at all.

  1. when are you trying out because it takes time to perfect your toe touch you cant just whip it out in 2 days.

    Do the splits alot on both legs and in teh middle, and do lunges to work out your leg muscles so that you can get higher when you doing your jump

  2. well, if u have a trampoline try jumping while doing some, and stretch all u can, i can no do a front split and it helped me do jumps. just make shore that u don over streach ur musles u can damage them, and dont try to push ur self it will hurt u for a while, and make sohore to to do it in a wide place and a soft one too.
