Cheerleaders Help!?

i am starting a new competitive cheer place next week. They haven't learned a routine that I know of yet, but how can I prove myself when it comes time that I am good enough to be in the front? Because I am new at the facility, but I'm not new at All Star Cheer.

  1. Stretch, stretch, stretch!  Practice your other cheers you have learned be as sharp and tight as you can be! Be confident, very confident.  Even if your nervous or whatever dont show it.


  2. you have to show your confidence all the time. act like you know youre better than everyone else there.

  3. While you are learning the material, do each motion FULL OUT!!  This will give you muscle memory as well as an edge above everyone else.  Keep smiling and stay positive.  Help others out but don't be too critical and overbearing.  Point your toes in every single jump, no excuses!  Good luck =]

  4. Try stretching more and practicing your backbends cartwheels, handstands, if u have your backhand spring, etcetcetc. make sure you have your game face like your about to go out and cheer for a game. show them you know your stuff and practice your cheer voice say like "go {insert team here} go" And if you can do that you will show them all they need to know!:]

  5. show alot of confidence smile big be energetic and outgoing act like your the most important and everyone needs you to pull the routine all together but don't be s****.

  6. be confident, when they ask you to do something make it sharp and tight and never say i cant.
