I want to get advice from passed or current cheerleaders/coaches.Cheerleading season is coming up in about 3 or 4 months. Long time away but I need some help.I need to be able to do the kick line basically kicking my right leg in the air and my left . My right needs extra help. and i can't seem to make it really great without stumbiling.also my jumps are terrible now haha. i cant do the splits anymore after a knee problem. my doctor says its 100 % possible for me to do them again but i havnt really tried.also anything else i need to do for tryouts. like some cheers and dances or something. or even a workout schedule and some helpful streches..PLEASE help me thank you darlings!
