Cheerleading Flying !?

I have recently just made my high school cheerleading team . I am fifteen years old and i am Five feet and 104 pounds . So i am a flyer . I am not flexable ! i really need some tips on how to become more flexable so i can do the tricks . Any ideas ?

I would also like to know any good diets . i would like to eat healthier and get in shape . thank you !

    I am SUNNY:)

    I've been cheerleading captain for 3 years now at my High School and most of my flyers started out being not flexible. I gave this paper to my non-flexible flyers and 3/4 of them became very flexible.

    The Best diet plan is to only eat organics food that you can find in the Organic section of your grocery store. ( DUH!)

    Delicious food that is good 4 U

    Also try to excersice daily like 30 minutes of cardio everyday.

    ( Dancing, jump rope, climbing stairs...etc)

  2. stretch every day when youre not really doing anything like watching t.v. for your diet i'd say just don't eat to much junk food and get lots of exercise.

  3. take about 15 minutes (or more) a day to just streach. this way your body will be starting to be more flexible.
