Cheerleading. Pulled muscles

I just started cheer leading and we have practice everyday for 4 hours. This week we are gonna spend the whole week working out to get in shape so we wont be tired during games. The problem is, whenever i go to cheerleading, i always pull a muscle, no matter how much i stretch. Right now i have two pulled calves, a pulled shoulder, and a pulled arm. Im worryied because we have to work extra hard this week. Anyway to prevent pulled muscles, and to treat them?

  1. well im a cheerleader to well you have to get used to the things u do streach out and warm up  


  2. make sure you stretch reeeeeeeally really well...also, do you know for sure that your muscles are pulled? its completely normal to be really sore in your calves and arms for gymnasts (like me) and cheerleaders. hopefully this week your muscles will strengthen more against injury also, and ask your coach about it, but still work hard. good luck, i hate sore calves...can't imagine what pulled ones are like :-D
