  1. For stretches, work mostly on your legs and back. When I was a flyer, I felt straddle stretches were the best for your legs. Spread you legs out apart, and reach for your feet at a time. Then, stretch to the center. Also figure four and pike stretches are great for your legs too. For you back, a bridge stretch is great.

For balancing, just stand on each feet for awhile. Then, try your moves on one foot like as your doing the stunt.

  2. Join gymnastics! Gymnastics consists of streching, balance, and consistancy. It helps you get over fears and become a better cheerleader. TRUST ME

    Hope this helps!

  4. Splits and back stretches really help out. I know as a flyer it takes alot of work to stay up there and pull your stunts. Try getting a chair and pulling your stunts on it. It will help with balance and flexibility.
