Cheerleading (higher jumps, splits, better tumbling)?

This summer i went to a sleepaway camp and didnt do any cheerleading. Before i left i was really fit and had really high jumps. Now i came back and my jumps are reallly low, cant do my splits(i could do a oversplit before), and lost my backhand spring. I need a workout to help with all of these things.

    that can help with splits and jumps.  you just need to get back into it

    and tumbling, take a class,  if possible, and be confident!!!!! Really, i find that the best advise
