Cheerleading is for s***s?

Question

is this true?? alot of people think that cheerleaders are known as party girls, drunks, s***s, and girls that have fake IDs! but do you agree?? i personally kno a few cheerleaders and so far theyve been around the block and went back around at least twice! if you know what i mean!!!??!!

Not nessecarily. But the girls who do it tend to get that way. I don't know what it is about them.

That's certainly not true. At least not where I'm from. The high school I went to had cheerleaders that were consistantly at the top of the academic ladder, mostly AP and honors classes, still getting over 95%. It usually wasn't the cheerleaders that had too much "experience" and a wild reputation, it was more the ordinary people and to a lesser extent, the jocks (but we ran such a clean program that it wasn't to the extent you'd think).

That's mostly a stereotype from suburban-based movies, and that might be true in some places. But where I'm from, cheerleaders and band members were often the types who looked like they were on the fast track to Princeton, not partying.

It really just depends there are many girls in cheerleading who are like that but their are also a lot who are great people and totally not like the sterotype.
