Question:

Cheese and constipation?

My mom told me to search on-line to see if being Lactose intolerant and being constipated from eating cheese goes hand and hand with each other.

I have never been Lactose intolerant, and I have never had problems with Cheese, but now after 4yrs of having my son, and everything, it is like I crave cheese so bad, but if I eat it, I am in so much pain, and can't go, ya know? So does this go hand and hand? Could this mean that after 26yrs I am not Lactose intolerant?

  1. ask a doctor.

in the meantime, take some enzyme tablets.

they are found in a health food store.

i have tried tasteless pills that u swallow and have not noticed a difference.

i have tried the papaya chewable tablets and notice a difference right away.

they help break down and digest the food to that it is not just sitting there.

    it moves along quicker
