    It also has good amounts of protein, phosphorus, zinc, selenium, vitamin A, and riboflavin.

  4. It has a good amount of protein, which is why I eat it- I don't eat much meat, so I get a lot of protein from cheese.

  5. Ok I don't eat cheese but I know what nutrients it has in it:

    -vitamin B12

    -vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

    -vitamin B3 (Niacin)

    -protein (yes, protein is a nutrient)

    -and other nutrients

    Cheese has no fibre in it.
