  1. Protein.

Cheese is a naturally rich source of many nutrients including calcium, phosphorous, protein, fat soluble vitamins and B vitamins.

  2. Protein

  3. It's protein.

Cheese contains no folic acid. Folic acid, or vitamin B9, is found in fruits, vegetables, wholegrains, and, in the UK, is added to bread. Cheese doesn't have a high water or carbohydrate content. The only carbohydrate I can think of that is in cheese is lactose (milk sugar).

  4. sounds like you want an answer for a test

all are included in cheese, but if you want to know which one it is high in, you will have to find your own answer and not cheat on your test.
