Cheesecake Factory's Fries and Chicken Recipe?

Every time I go to Cheesecake Factory I always order the Fries and Chicken ( which have dips and celery on the side). If anyone knows the recipe for the Fries, and Chicken I would love to hear from you. Thank You.
